Email are not appearing while on a Contact record

Emails: Adjusting your email views while on a contact

While on a Contact record there are a few options to view emails that have been sent to that contact.

To change your views:
  1. Open your contact
  2. Click on Emails on the left menu bar
  3. Change the drop down on the right box as desired
    1. Emails sent from CRM
      1. Will only display emails that were sent via the CRM tool.  Such as templates, quote submissions, etc. 
    2. ALL
      1. Will display all emails that were sent via the CRM tool and via your Outlook
    3. IMAP Shared Users / Your Name
      1. Will only display emails that were sent via your Outlook
