Zoho Admin Issue Report: Update Sage Contact

If a consultant updates a Contact in CRM, those changes need to be reflected in Sage. 

If you are assigned a Contact to update, please do the following:

1. Click on the link in the email alert to open the Contact in Zoho CRM. 


2. Open the customer in Sage. (The customer number is available on the email alert. 

3. Locate the Contact in Sage. 
      Verify you are on the correct contact by comparing the Zoho Contact ID located on the Email alert and the Contact ID located in Sage. 


4. Update the following items on the Sage Contact record as needed. 
  1. First & Last Name
  2. Title
  3. Email
  4. Phone
  5. Fax
  6. Mobile
