Lubrication Engineers utilizes a program that automatically generates email signatures on external emails. 

1. These signatures can be reviewed in your Sent items via Outlook.
2. It is strongly suggested that you do not set up a signature in your account.  If you do turn on a signature via your Outlook,  your personal signature  will be included as well as the automatic signature, resulting in two signatures appearing.  
   
3. Signatures will only apply once to an email.  If the email thread has several replies or forwards, the signature will only be applied to the first email you send.
