Email Signature Functionality
Lubrication Engineers utilizes a program that automatically generates email signatures on external emails.
- These signatures can be reviewed in your Sent items via Outlook.
- It is strongly suggested that you do
not set up a signature in your
account. If you do turn on a signature via your Outlook, your personal signature will be included as well
as the automatic signature, resulting in two signatures appearing.
- Signatures will only apply once to an email. If the email thread has several replies or forwards, the signature will only be applied to the first email you send.
