Using Zoho Sign to Sign Documents

1. Save the file you need to save on your computer.
2. Access Zoho Sign via Zoho One.  


3. Click Sign Yourself. 

4. Click Add Document. 
5. Click from Desktop. 



6. Locate the file you saved in step one.  Click on the file. 
7. Click Open. (You can also drag and drop the file.)


8. Click Continue. 


9. Locate the area on the document that requires your signature. 
10. Drag and drop your signature from the Fields menu, to the signature line of the document. You can add date, company name, etc. as well. 


11. Click Finish


12. You can enter the person's email address requesting the signature, or your email address so you can forward.  
13.  Click Send.
