2. Sign in to the app with your LE email and LE email password
3. Click on Tickets on the bottom menu
4. Click on the plus sign at the top right
5. Select department
6. Select Inquiry / Support type
7. Locate Contact
8. Enter a subject
9. Select Description
10. Enter a description
11. Select Done
12. Select Save
