Remove and Reestablish the Microsoft Authenticator App

If your Authenticator app is no longer working to approve logins to your Office account, please complete the following. 
1. On your smart device open the Microsoft Authenticator app


2. Click on your LE account


3. Click on the Gear in the right corner


4. Click on Remove Account


5. Click on All apps on this device



To add your LE account back to the Microsoft Authenticator app, follow these instructions.
