Signing in to Microsoft with Text Code
It is required to enter two methods of authentication. Microsoft has several options for users to set up two factor authentication. If you have set up a cell phone number to receive a code via text method as an authentication method, the following steps illustrate how to log in with the text code method.
1. When logging into your office account, enter your email
2. Select Next
3. Enter your password
4. Select Sign in
5. Click, I can't use my Microsoft Authenticator app right now
6. Click Text
7. A code will be sent to your cell phone.
8. Enter that sent code into the Office log in window
9. Click Verify.
