Focused Inbox intelligently presorts your email so you can focus on what matters. It places your most important emails in "Focused" and the rest in "Other."
1. There are two tabs. The focus tab is selected by default and will display the presorted important emails.
2. The "Other" tab will display all other messages.
Turn off Focused Inbox via Outlook Program
1. Click "View" on the Outlook menu bar.
2. Click "Show Focused Inbox" to turn off.
Focused Inbox Feature via Outlook Online
1. Log into Office.com via a web browser 2. Click on the Gear at the top tool bar
3. Type "focus" in the search bar
4. Click on Focused Inbox
5. Click on Don't sort my messages
6. Click Save
