Add Senders to Safe Senders List

If you are have a contact email you and it was filled into your Junk Folder in Outlook, you can add that email address to your Safe Senders list. Doing so will have their future emails deliver into your Inbox.  

Add Email to Safe Senders via web Browser

1. Via your computer browser, go to https://outlook.office.com/ and log in with your LE email credentials
2. Locate the email that was filled into the Junk Folder

3. 
Right Click on the email
4. Click Security Options
5. Click Mark as not junk


Add Email to Safe Senders via Outlook

1. Locate the email that was filled into the Junk Folder

2. Right Click on the email
3. Click Junk
4. Click Never Block Sender
