Monitor Not Working: Docking Station

  1. Shutdown the computer.
  2. Undock the computer.
  3. Press and hold down the power button for 20 seconds.
  4. Release the power button and wait 30 seconds.
  5. While still undocked, turn on your laptop.
  6. Log in to your computer.
  7. Once you are at the desktop screen and the laptop still open, plug in the dock to your computer.
  8. Once the monitors are recognized, you can close your laptop if you choose.
