Monitor Not Working: Docking Station Advanced
- Shutdown computer
- Undock the computer
- Remove all connections from computer (power, USB, network, anything connected)
- Unplug the dock power
- Remove all connections from dock (power, USB, network, anything connected)
- Unplug all monitors (power and data)
- Turn your computer back on while the computer is still off the dock
- Return the computer to the dock
- Wait 2 minutes, by the clock
- Plug in dock
- Reconnect monitors to the dock and power on
- Reconnect mouse and keyboard
- Reconnect computer to dock
- Do not reconnect other devices until you are sure the system is stable
