Monitor Not Working: Docking Station Advanced

  1. Shutdown computer
  2. Undock the computer
  3. Remove all connections from computer (power, USB, network, anything connected)
  4. Unplug the dock power
  5. Remove all connections from dock (power, USB, network, anything connected)
  6. Unplug all monitors (power and data)
  7. Turn your computer back on while the computer is still off the dock
  8. Return the computer to the dock
  9. Wait 2 minutes, by the clock
  10. Plug in dock
  11. Reconnect monitors to the dock and power on
  12. Reconnect mouse and keyboard
  13. Reconnect computer to dock
  14. Do not reconnect other devices until you are sure the system is stable
