Sync Contacts to Smart Device in Outlook App

Only the Microsoft Outlook app will function on a smart device to obtain your work emails. The standard mail tools for Androids or Apple devices are not allowed. To have your Outlook contacts sync to your smart device contacts app, please do the following steps: 

1. While in the Outlook app on your smart device, click the circle in the left corner (could have your picture or initials in the circle)

2. Click on the Gear on the left menu

3. Click on Contacts

4. Click on Save Contacts

5. Click on Save to my iPhone

6. Click Share

7. Click all contacts
