Taking a Print Screen in Windows

1. Press the Print Screen button on your keyboard. 
2. With your left mouse button ,click and draw a square around the area you need to make an image. Release the mouse button. 
3. Click on the copy image


The image is now saved in your clip board and can be pasted to a document, email, etc.
