The following will illustrate how to upload and share a file to an External Recipient (someone outside of the @LE-Inc.com domain)
- This is
not a permanent file storage area.
- All
documents stored in this area will eventually expire and be deleted.
- This
tool is only to share a document for a one-time exchange to a recipient outside
of the @LE-inc.com domain.
Uploading a Document to Generate a Share Link
1. Any file saved to the Corporate Data / Public / ExternalShare file will sync to LE's External Share site.
- File A shows the file sync has been completed and the file is ready to view on the External Share.
- File B shows the file sync is pending.
Note: You can not share the document via the Windows Explorer, Share option. You will have to access the SharePoint External Share via the instructions in the next section.

LEWS.
