LE's External Share

LE's External Share

The following will illustrate how to upload and share a file to an External Recipient (someone outside of the @LE-Inc.com domain)
  1. This is not a permanent file storage area.
  2. All documents stored in this area will eventually expire and be deleted.
  3. This tool is only to share a document for a one-time exchange to a recipient outside of the @LE-inc.com domain.
1. Any file saved to the Corporate Data / Public / ExternalShare file will sync to LE's External Share site.
  1. File A shows the file sync has been completed and the file is ready to view on the External Share.
  2. File B shows the file sync is pending.

Note: You can not share the document via the Windows Explorer, Share option. You will have to access the SharePoint External Share via the instructions in the next section.
