Dispatch Voicemails
To manage a dispatched voicemail, you must have a voicemail pin created. To create a pin:
2. Log in with your LastNameFirstInital (SmithJ) and your password you use to log into your computer.
3. Click on Messaging Assistant
4. Click on Passwords
5. Click on Change Pin
6. Enter your pin twice (minimum of 4 numbers) and click Save
Manage a Voice Mail
Several employees are set up to receive dispatch voicemail notifications. An employee must accept the voicemail via Jabber before the voicemail can be managed. To accept a voicemail:
Standard Employee
1. In Jabber, click on the voicemail icon on the left menu
2. Click Call Voicemail
3. Follow the prompts to accept the voicemail
Once a voicemail is accepted, the notification will be removed from all other employee's Jabber. Now that it is accepted you can forward and delete the message as needed.
Front Desk
1. Call the voicemail: 316-529-6899
2. When prompted, enter the phone extension 6897
2. Follow the prompts to accept the voicemail, transfer, delete, etc.
