Creating a Distribution Group via Outlook online
While in your your outlook account online, complete the following to create a personal email distribution list.
1. Click on the People icon on the bottom left.
2. Click on the arrow next to New Contact
3. Click on New Contact List
4. Name your contact list
5. Add email addresses
6. Click create
To use the distribution list, follow the below steps.
If you are still in your contacts, go back to your in box.
1. Start a new email
2. Start typing the name of your contact list
3. Select the contact list when it appears
4. Draft and send your email
