Zoho Admin Issue Report: Blank Region, Territory, and/or Rep in Sage

Issues with reporting can occur if an Account is created in Sage and the system does not populate the Region, Territory and/or Rep on the account. If you have been assigned to populate these fields on an Account in Sage, please follow the steps below:

1. Obtain the Customer Number from the report and pull up the Customer in Sage. 


2. Via the LE Territory Map, enter and search the Zip Code.
3. Obtain the Territory, Region, and Rep. 


4. Update the Territory, Region and / or Rep in Sage on the SHIP-TO CUSTOMER tab.
